Access is given to public domain library to visitors who sign in. You will need to register to if you are visiting for the first time or have forgot ton your login details.  

The registration process is managed by Serif system. After you sign up you will receive an e-mail, simply click the link given to complete the registration process.  

For legal and ethical reasons we are only able to provide non-specific generic and information to which is available in the public domain. We have included an index material which WE CAN MAKE AVAILABLE  on request to us by email which we will consider at our discretion, and subject to a hold harmless  being signed  and returned to us.
