Payroll

We provide a fully comprehensive Payroll service and includes the following:

 • The services starts with arranging the initial registration with H M Revenue and Customs.

 • Setting up employees on the payroll package, making necessary online notifications

 • Preparation of pay slips, for the employer to print distribution to employees

 • Preparing monthly calculations of amounts payable to Collector of Taxes.

  • Filing P45/P46 online for new employees joining and and issuing P45 for leaving employees.

 •  Filing employers annual year end returns and declaration on P35  and filing the same online.

 • Dealing with all routine employment issues arising including the administrative issues that arise during the      tax year, arising as a result of legislative changes.

 • All our payroll clients are insured against investigations by H M Revenue and Customs, and are covered for       routine as well as technical matters. The service also includes an employment law legal help line which      employers can ring with issues as they arise.  

 • We normally charge a “fixed- per employee” fee on an annual bases and depends on the number of people      on the payroll and expected staff turnover. Please contact us for a quote.
